Teams meetings allow anyone in a meeting to share their screen. This includes meetings that are scheduled by invite or impromptu meetings you start on the fly. 

Note: The following instructions assume you are using the Teams desktop app. If you're using Teams on the web, you'll only be able to share your screen via Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.

  1. When in a Teams meeting, hover your mouse over the meeting screen and click the Share  button in the meeting controls bar.

  2. Choose to present your entire desktop, a specific window, a PowerPoint, or a whiteboaord.

  3. When you're done sharing, hover towards the top of the meeting screen and clickStop Presenting.
